Web Site Planning – Too Often Overlooked

Years ago the organization launched its first Web site. Why? Because everyone else was and it was the new way to do business. Only, no one knew what kind of business they were going to conduct online. As e-commerce functions grew and association management systems were upgraded, registration, bookstores, renewals, etc… all became part of an association Web site. Over time new content and features were added. Currently an onslaught of Web 2.0 ideas have been introduced. How do you hit the reset button and reorganize your web site?
